Our fees are based on the age, square footage and type of structure, starting at $325.00. A specific quote will be provided upon receipt of your inspection inquiry.

Cancellation Policy

While we recognize that Real Estate deals can "unravel" due to no faults of the buyer or agent, our time slots are usually booked 5 -7 days in advance. Last minute cancellations cost us an open time slot and loss of income. Due to he increasing number of cancellations, we must now begin collecting a cancellation fee, for any inspection canceled with less than 48 hours notice. Without the new Cancellation Policy in effect, we would be faced with increasing our fee schedule, to make-up for the increasing number of cancellations! Therefore, Property Inspection Team, Inc. has instituted the following Cancellation Policy.

If the inspection is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, half of the quoted inspection fee will be billed. Half of this billed amount will then be applied as a credit, if the client reschedules an inspection within 30 days of the cancellation.

If the inspection is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the entire quoted inspection fee will be billed. Half of this billed amount will then be applied as a credit, if the client reschedule an inspection within 30 days of the cancellation.
